PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

I would like to welcome both visitors to our site as well as active and retired officers of the Burlington Township Police Department. This organization was built on fraternal bonds and the hard work of our forefathers to ensure the rights of police officers. The challenges that face law enforcement today are like no others in the past. We as a society need to work together and make a commitment to keep our communities safe for our families, friends, and neighbors.

Please take a moment and reflect upon those that have given the ultimate sacrifice to keep our communities a safe place to live, work and worship. Please keep those officers who are currently “on the job” in your thoughts and prayers.

I invite all visitors to join with us in supporting the Burlington Township community.  Our Lodge supports numerous charities and programs both in Burlington Township and surrounding communities. Some of these include the Burlington Township Food Pantry, Burlington Township Youth Sports Programs, Peak Center for Autism, Special Olympics, and the Police Unity Tour.   Through your generous donations we are able to continue to make our community a better place to live.

In addition, the Burlington Township F.O.P. is always interested in supporting new charitable efforts in our community.  If you have a cause worth sharing, please let us know by contacting one of our officers.

Fraternally,

Ruben Ortiz-Cruz
